1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Lovick Livivng online store ("we," "us," "our") by both consumers and businesses. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you add a product to your cart and complete the checkout process by clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

After you place your order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgment does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is only formed once we either send you a separate order acceptance/confirmation email or ship the goods to you, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in USD and include all statutory taxes and other price components already factored into the displayed price. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly shown during checkout before you place your order, so you can review the full cost of your purchase prior to completing it.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed to other payment terms with you. We reserve the right to limit the payment methods offered for a particular order, for example based on the order value or delivery destination.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed with a handling time of 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days to arrive, for a total estimated time of receipt of roughly 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates; actual transit times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

You will receive shipment confirmation once your order has left our facility. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the details in Section 2 above.

7. Retention of title

All goods delivered remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, please follow the process described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
