Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how our return process works, what you need to do, and how refunds and exchanges are handled.

Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no reason needed. To be eligible, please make sure your request is initiated within this 30-day period. Once the window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Email contact@lovicklivivng.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Within one business day, our team will send you a return label by email.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the return label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, there's nothing further you need to do — we'll take care of the rest and keep you updated by email.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Labels and protective films should remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products are excluded from return once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

If an item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away so we can help make it right.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item instead of a refund? We're happy to offer an exchange — simply let us know your preference when you first contact us, and we'll arrange it alongside your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that the return has been processed. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or card issuer some additional time to reflect the refund in your account statement.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns — you won't be charged to send an item back to us.
