Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains your rights when a product purchased from Lovick Livivng turns out to be defective, how any manufacturer warranty applies alongside those rights, and how to report a problem. It is intended to work together with, and does not replace, your other consumer protections.
Statutory Warranty
All products sold by Lovick Livivng are covered by the statutory warranty against defects that applies under law. If an item you receive is faulty — for example, it does not work as intended, is damaged, or does not match its description — you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature and severity of the fault, this may include:
- Repair of the defective item;
- Replacement with the same or an equivalent product; or
- Where the law allows, a price reduction or a full refund.
These statutory rights exist regardless of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be reduced or excluded by it. If we determine that a refund is the appropriate remedy, it will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may also carry an additional warranty provided directly by their manufacturer. Where this is the case, the manufacturer's own terms, coverage, and claims process will apply to that warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights described above and does not limit, replace, or otherwise affect them in any way.

Reporting a Fault
If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lovicklivivng.shop. To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the fault; and
- Photos or, where relevant, a short video showing the issue.
Once we receive your report, we will review the information provided and get back to you promptly to confirm the next steps and the appropriate remedy.
Exchanges and Replacements
Where a replacement is the appropriate remedy for a defective product, we are happy to arrange an exchange. If instead you simply wish to exchange or return a product that is not defective, please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for the applicable terms.
